Your satisfaction is our priority. If our gear doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Request a return through our Returns Centre.
  2. Print and include the prepaid return label with your package.
  3. Ship the package using the carrier specified on the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same item. To exchange, please place a new order and return the original item following our standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without their original tags are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
