Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If our gear doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s what you need to know:

• 30-Day Return Window:
  You can return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• How to Return:

  1. Request a return via our Returns Centre.

  2. Print and include the prepaid return label.

  3. Send the package back using the carrier specified.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

• Exchanges:
  We currently offer exchanges only for different sizes or colours of the same item. Order a new item and return the original following our return process.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  Excludes items worn, washed, or without original tags.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  Contact support immediately upon receipt if your item is damaged or incorrect.
